Diagnostic Review

A Diagnostic review allows you to get a clear picture of what is wrong with your books. At the end of the review, you get upfront pricing for services to remedy problems uncovered. The things that we’ll look at during your diagnostic review include:

  • Whether the balance sheet on the books reconciles to a balance sheet on the tax return (if there is one)
  • Banking and Credit Card Accounts
  • Undeposited Funds
  • Profit and Loss Accounts
  • Balance Sheet Accounts
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable agings
  • Chart of accounts
  • Products and services list

Bookkeeping Clean Up

If a cleanup is necessary, this phase involves:

  • Conducting weekly one-hour Zoom meetings as required
  • Categorizing historical bank transactions
  • Reconciling historical balance sheet accounts
  • Modifying your Chart of Accounts
  • Adding any missing accounts
  • Reviewing the mapping of your products and services
  • Ensuring your records align with the last filed tax return, or recommending amendments if needed

Monthly and Quarterly QC
