We primarily work with service-based businesses such as construction, remodeling, HVAC, landscaping, cleaning services, consultants, and other trade / project-based industries. However, we can support most small businesses using QuickBooks Online.
What is a bookkeeping cleanup?
A cleanup means we go through your QuickBooks Online file, fix errors, remove duplicates, organize your chart of accounts, reconcile bank and credit cards, correct balances, and repair anything that’s causing inaccurate reports. It’s a full overhaul that restores accuracy and structure.
What is a QC review?
QC stands for Quality Control. This service is for business owners (or bookkeepers) who want an expert to review their books monthly, catch mistakes, correct errors, and ensure everything is accurate before month-end reporting.
How do I know if I need a cleanup or QC?

- A/P and A/R accuracy

How much do your services cost?
Cleanup and QC services vary depending on the level of complexity and the number of months involved. After a short discovery call and QuickBooks review, I provide a clear, customized quote so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you replace my bookkeeper?
That’s up to you!
If you already have a bookkeeper you’re happy with, I can provide QC oversight to support accuracy.
If you don’t have a bookkeeper, I’m happy to help you maintain bookkeeping monthly.
